At Mina’s Art Space, every artwork is carefully packaged with great attention to detail to help ensure safe delivery to collectors worldwide.

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 3–7 business days for order preparation and packaging before shipment. Larger or specially packaged works may require additional preparation time.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on location and artwork size.

PACKAGING

All artworks are professionally packaged to help protect the work during transit. Additional protective packaging may be used for larger or delicate works.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and courier services. Delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers are outside our control.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photographs of the packaging

  • photographs of the artwork and any damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
